When Normal Imaging does Not Hurt a claim
Many veterans become discouraged after hearing that an X-ray, MRI, or other imaging study is "normal." They assume that means their VA disability claim will automatically be denied. In reality, imaging is only one part of the evidence. For many conditions, the VA also considers symptoms, physical examination findings, functional impairment, medical history, and the applicable rating criteria. In this Flash Training, you'll learn why normal imaging does not always mean there is no disability. Educational Disclaimer: This video is for educational purposes only. It is not legal or medical advice. Every VA disability claim is decided based on the individual facts, applicable laws, regulations, and evidence. #VetsPortal #FlashTraining #Veterans #VAClaims #MedicalEvidence #MRI #XRay #DiagnosticTesting #CPExam #38CFR #M21
